So apparently they’re letting videogame designers work out what soldiers should wear now.

I just read ‘The Disaster Area’, Ballard’s early, Dick-esque short stories. Still pertinent. I’m slightly too drunk to explain why though.
And then tom said:You should get the complete short stories it’s literally tyhe best way you could possibly spend 16 pounds. Unlike a lot of writers his later stuff is more ‘experimental’ than his early stuff, stories in the form of psychiatric reports and lifestyle magazine articles and one particularly striking one which is just the index to an autobiography.
